Abstract
Objective To analysis the recurrent cerebra hemorrhage.Methods 30 patients with recurrent cerebral hemorrhage in February 2008 ~ December 2008,21 males,30 cases,10 cases(33.33%),minimally invasive intracranial hematoma,1 case(3.33 %)to surgical treatment,the remaining 19 cases(63.33%)were treated with medicine.Results 23 cases of hemorrhage,the effective rate was 73.91%;3 hemorrhage in 6 cases showed markedly(33.33%),the effective rate was 33.33%;4 hemorrhage in 1 case,the effective rate was 0%.Conclusion Hypertension is the most important recurrent risk factors for cerebral hemorrhage.The prevention of rebleeding key is to control hypertension,and reasonable treatment of diabetes,to avoid mood swings,constipation,sudden blood pressure elevation and other factors.
