Cause and Prevention on Recurrent Hemorrhage After Operation or Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of related factors on recurrent hemorrhage after operation of hypertensive infracerebral hemorrhage, and investigate the countermeasure against recurrent hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and seventy patients with surgical treated hypertensive intracerebral hamorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results Major causes of recurrent hemorrhage included inappropriate hemostasis in operation, postoperation undulation of blood pressure. Conclusions Appropriate hemostasis in operation and postoperative blood pressure control are important meanings in preventing recurrent hemorrhage
