The effect of psychological and behavior intervention on rehabilitation and life quality of senile patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological and behavior intervention on senile patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty two patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2010 October to 2012 March were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was enhanced psychological intervention and cognitive behavior intervention of rehabilitation on the basis of the control group,rehabilitation and life quality were compared between two groups.Results Life ability and nerve function rehabilitation in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Life quality such as body function,mental function,social function and material life condition in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention is beneficial to increase their own condition of cerebral infarction,improve rehabilitation effect and life quality.
