Effect of early rehabilitation intervention on treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into rehabilitation intervention group(n = 46) and control group(n = 46).Patients of the two groups were given conventional therapy.In the mean time,those of the rehabilitation intervention group were given rehabilitation intervention in the experimental duration.Results In the 46 cases in rehabilitation intervention group,34 cases were cured.Furthermore,situation in 7 cases increased apparently and in 3 cases increased moderately.However,it was ineffective in 2 cases.For the rehabilitation intervention group,the total effective rate was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than 84.8% of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation interventions can enhance effect of clinical treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction.It can promote recovery of neural function and improve the life quality of patients.
