Abstract
目的观察外伤性白内障摘出加一期人工晶状体植入术的效果.方法根据伤情术前测量或估算人工晶状体度数,非常规囊外摘出晶状体并一期植入人工晶状体.结果38例外伤后一期植入人工晶状体,术后矫正视力:0.1以下者1例(2.63%),0.1～0.4者3例(7.89%),0.5～1.0者29例(76.32%),1.2～1.5者5例(13.16%).结论外伤性白内障一期植人人工晶状体效果满意.
