Abstract
目的 观察儿童外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的疗效.方法 25例行白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,对比手术前后视力,处理术后并发症.结果 随访1～2年,矫正视力在0.05以上占88.24%.结论 白内障摘出人工晶状体植入治疗儿童外伤性白内障是安全有效的方法,但应选择度数适当的人工晶状体,并积极处理术后并发症.
