Abstract
目的 探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体不同的植入方式.方法对36例(36眼)外伤性白内晶状体囊损伤情况,选择不同的手术 .其中2眼植入前房人工晶状体,20眼常规植入后房,13眼行缝线固定术.结果术后3月矫正视力.＜0.5者16眼,(44.44%),0.5～0.8者14眼(38.89%),达1.0者6眼(16.67%).缝线固定术较常规后房植入术更易发生眼内出血和人工晶状体移位,术后反应较重.结论截囊时尽可能保留前囊,以备后囊破损较大时代替后囊做支托植入后房人工晶状体,后囊中央破口＜4mm或周边破裂＜120°者可常规植入后房,如后囊破损超过上述范围,需行缝线固定术。
