Abstract
Objective To compare the traditional lobectomy and thoracoscopic lobectomy, and to explore the cooperation method of optimal operation and improve the quality of nursing care. Methods 94 patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy at our hospital from May, 2014 to May, 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. 45 patients taking thoracoscopic surgery were set as an observation group, and 49 patients taking traditional open chest surgery as a control group, The nursing effects the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, bleeding volume during operation, postoperative pain degree, and postoperative hospitalization time were (182.5±43.7) min, (138.4±32.7) ml, (5.5±1.4) , and (6.4±1.5) d in the observation group, and were (214.6±50.2) min, (175.8±35.4) ml, (7.1±1.5) , and (7.9±1.8) d in the control group. 4 cases (8.89%) got complications in the observation group and 9 cases (18.37%), with no statistical differences (P>0.05). Conclusions Compared with conventional lobectomy, thoracoscopic lobectomy is more effective minimally invasive and has less pain and faster recovery, but also put forward higher requirements for the nursing work. Skilled coordination among nurses is an important guarantee for successful operation. Key words: Thoracoscopic lobectomy; Operation room; Nursing care
