Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic effect of external chest thoracic operation and thoracoscopic operation in the lobectomy. Method: 180 cases of lobectomy patients in department of thoracic surgery in our hospital from Apr. 2010 to Feb. 2014 were numbered by the order of admission, then divided into observation group and control group. The control group were used chest thoracotomy lobectomy operation, while observation group were treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy. Comparing two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pleural fluid volume, drainage time, postoperative hospitalization time, pain score and complications, the different clinical therapeutic effect of external chest thoracic operation and thoracoscopic operation in the lobectomy were presented. Result: Operation time, drainage time, hospitalization time were( 103.5± 13.9) min,( 3.5 ± 1.0) days,( 5.5 ± 1.3) days the observation group, which were significantly better than the control group. Intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative VAS pain score in the observation group were( 121.1±25.2) m L、( 802.7±151.8) m L、( 4.1±1.2) m L,which were significantly better than the control( P 0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 5.56%( 5 / 90),which were significantly better than the control( χ2= 3.950,P = 0.0469). Conclusion:Thoracoscopic lobectomy in operation is of small trauma, good curative effect, short hospitalization time and less pain, which can help improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients. It is a safe, minimally invasive and effective mode of operation. So it can be used in clinical application.
