Abstract

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention with preemptive analgesia model in pain management of orthopedic surgery. Methods 163 randomly selected patients with bone fractures were randomly divided into the experimental group (83 patients) and the control group (80 cases). The experimental group underwent analgesia model, the control group underwent routine analgesia mode, and two groups both underwent preoperative pain management intervention. The pain score and the dosage of tramadol in two groups were compared. The dosage of parecoxib and its side effects in the control group were compared. Results The patients with the highest pain score and average pain score were lower, the average use of tramadol was significantly less in the experimental group than those in the control group, and the complication rate is lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Nursing intervention model with preemptive analgesia in pain management in orthopedic surgery can significantly reduce postoperative orthopedic pain, improve the patients' quality of life. Key words: Preemptive anlgesia; Orthopedic surgery; Pain management
