Effect of preemptive analgesic nursing interventions on postoperative pains of patients with total hip replacement

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing interventions and preemptive analgesia on postoperative pains of patients with total hip replacement(THR).Methods A total of 80 patients who received THR in our department were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional preoperative and postoperative nursing.The intervention group received additional preemptive analgesia and nursing intervention. Postoperative pains of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had significantly lower pain scores and the average of summation pain scores(P0.05). Conclusion The application of preemptive analgesia such as celebrex and parecoxib,together with nursing intervention,can significantly reduce the postoperative pains of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
