Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of atorvastatin combined with isosorbide dinitrate on CHO and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 72 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate, the study group received atorvastatin combined with isosorbide mononitrate treatment regimen. The clinical effect and the levels of CHO and hs-CRP of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (94.44% vs.72.22%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CHO and hs-CRP of the study group were (3.09±0.71) mmol/L and (4.65±0.92) mg/L, which were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); the number of angina attacks and the duration of angina pectoris of the study group were (2.42±2.19) times/week and (2.06±1.29) min/times, which were better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris, the application of atorvastatin combined with isosorbide mononitrate can not only improve the clinical symptoms and CHO and hs-CRP levels, promote the improvement of therapeutic effect, worthy of continuous adoption and promotion. Key words: Coronary heart disease angina pectoris; Atorvastatin; Isosorbide mononitrate
