Abstract

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of compound danshendiwan in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:The treatment group was treated with compound danshendiwan, while the control group with isosorbide dinitrate. The remittent condition of angina pectoris and improvement condition of ECG in two groups were observed and compared respectively after treatment. Results:The effectual rate was 69% in the treatment group and 51% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P0.05);The total effective rate of ECT ST-T segment normalization was 65.4% in the treatment group and 52.8% in the control group, with significant difference between them(P0.01).Conclusion:Compound danshendiwan is a relatively ideal and safe drug for the treatment of stable angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease.
