Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of each. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with their nursing work than those in the control group, and their scores of quality of life indicators such as physical health and mental health were all higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Adopting comprehensive nursing method to nursing patients with coronary heart disease can not only improve patients' satisfaction with nursing, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
