The influence observation of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention in quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Clinical data of 120 cases coronary heart disease patients in Department of Cardiology of Huzhou Central Hospital from September 2012 to April 2013, they were divided into two groups, routine nursing group of 60 cases and comprehensive nursing group of 60 cases. The general information on sex, age, course of disease, coronary heart disease and type distribution of average of two groups were detected, the short form health survey(SF-36) before and after nursing of two groups were detected, self efficacy and social support scores before and after nursing of two group were detected. Results The general information on sex, age, course of disease, coronary heart disease and type distribution of average of two groups were not different, the SF-36 scores, self efficacy and social support scores before nursing of two group were not different(P 0.05), the SF-36, self efficacy and social support scores after nurs ing of comprehensive nursing group were better than routine nursing group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The quality of life for coronary heart disease patients by comprehensive nursing intervention has increased, self efficacy and social support score are improved, which is worthy to be used.
