Abstract
Objective To measure the serum levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ (PGⅠ), PGⅡ, and PGⅠ/PGⅡ ratio (PGR) in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (AG), evaluate the value of these indicators in the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis (AG). Methods Latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric was used to determine serum PGⅠ, PGⅡ, PGR levels of healthy control group (n=10), chronic non-atrophic gastritis (NAG) group (n=52), atrophic gastritis (AG) group (n=52) in Yangchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017, and the value of these indicators in the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis (AG) were evaluated. Results Serum PGⅠ, PGR levels in AG group were significantly lower than those in healthy control group, with statistically significant differences (P 0.05). Conclusion PGⅠ, PGⅡ, PGR joint detection has high diagnostic value in chronic atrophic gastritis. Key words: Pepsinogens; Serum; Atrophic gastritis; Diagnosis; Joint detection
