The effect of the high quality nursing service in the safety management of elderly patients

Objective To strengthen the safety management of elderly patient in the basis of developing the high quality nursing service,improve patients'satisfaction,and ensure the quality of nursing.Methods High quality nursing services was provided,the levels of nurses'ability were divided,scheduling model were changed,the nurse resources were used reasonably.The incidence of nursing adverse events was compared before and after the high quality nursing service.Results After iruplementation of the high quality nursing service,Iucidence of the nursing adverse events was obviously reduced.Conclusions Developing the high quality nursing service can reduce the incidence of the elderly patients accident,improve the living quality of the elderly patients.
