Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on nursing adverse events in department of gynaecology. Methods: To compare nursing advers events and patient's satisfaction before and after implement high quality nursing service. Results: Nursing adverse events decreased significantly after implemented high quality nursing service,the patient's satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion: Create high quality nursing service is helpful to reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve patients' satisfaction and nursing quality.
