The analysis of lysophosphatidic acid in the dignosis of ovarian cancer

Abstract

Objective To observe The diagnostic value of LPA in ovarian cancer. Methods From 2006 to 2008,450 cases of patients with ovarian tumor were detected for CA125 and LPA before operation, the cancer patients of these were detected again 4 weeks later. Results To CA125, LPA was a better indicator for detecting ovarian tumor. There were significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion LPA is an important role in the dignosis of ovarian cancer. Key words: LPA (Lysophosphatidic Acid); Ovarian cancer; Values analysis
