Abstract

目的探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机及其并发症.方法外伤性白内障行白内障摘出联合一期人工晶状体植入术.结果 59例(59眼),外伤性白内障术后无严重并发症出现.67.8%出院时视力达0.3以上.结论外伤性白内障摘出的同时行一期人工晶状体植入手术安全有效.
