Abstract
Objective To study the optimal operation time, complications of traumatic cataract and how to reduce the complications.Methods Traumatic cataract was extracted combined with primary intraocular lens implantation.Results 59 cases of traumatic cataract were performed successfully, no serious complication, and the vision in 67.8% cases exceed 0.3 at discharge.Conclusion The traumatic cataract extraction combined with primary intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective.
