Abstract
目的 探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入的最佳时机及手术方法.方法对128例(132眼)外伤性白内障按手术时间分A、B、C 3组进行观察.结果术后矫正视力≥0.1者:B组100%;C组92.30%;A组88.37%.结论合适的手术时机和手术方式对于外伤性白内障取得最佳效果是很重要的。
