Abstract

目的探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的手术时机.方法对30例外伤性白内障根据其受伤的情况,晶状体的破裂情况,有无晶状体脱位,有无眼内异物,而选择不同的术式.结果术后均无严重并发症,术后3月裸眼视力最差0.1,最佳视力达10.结论根据其致伤情况,眼内组织的受损程度的不同而选择不同的手术方法及时机是外伤性白内障脱盲、脱残的有效方法.
