Abstract

Objective To Study the best timing and operative method of IOL implantation in traumatic cataract. Methods 128 cases(132 eyes) of traumatic cataract were divided into A,B,C 3 groups by operative time,and visual acuity was recorded. Results The best correct visual acuity≥0.1 after surgery in group A was 88.37%,group B100%,group C 92.30%. Conclusion Timing and operative method is very important in patients with traumatic cataract.
