Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of surgery treatment on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.[Methods] The treatment [Results] and prognosis of the 124 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.[Results] Among the 18 cases underwent conventional craniotomy,16 cases survived,2 cases died, the mortality rate was 11.1%.The 16 surviving patients were followed up for 3-12 months,12 cases in grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ,the excellent and good rate was 75%,2 cases in grade Ⅳ,1 case in grade Ⅴ,1 case in grade Ⅵ,the mortality rate was 6.25%.Among the 106 cases underwent routine minimally invasive drainage,98 cases survived,6 cases died, the mortality rate was 5.6%.The 98 surviving patients were followed up for 3-12 months,85 cases in grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ,the excellent and good rate was 80.1%,7 cases in grade Ⅳ,4 cases in grade Ⅴ,2 cases in grade Ⅵ,the mortality rate was 2.0%.[Conclusions] When patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage need surgical treatment, hematoma size, location, preoperative GCS score, with or without complications should be considered, strict control of surgical indications, correct surgical method can reduce the morbidity, mortality, and improve the patient's quality of life. Key words: Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage; Minimally invasive soft channel; Treatment
