Abstract

[Objective]To evaluate the clinic efficacy of Minimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients.[Methods]40 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage level were divided into two groups. Based on the conventional symptomatic treatment, the control group was treated with small bone window hematoma evacuation, treatment group were minimally invasive hematoma.[Results]15 cases 2 cases ADL Ⅰ,Ⅱ 6 cases,Ⅲ grade 3,Ⅳ 2 cases,Ⅴ level 1 case and 1 patient died. The improvement rate was 73.3%,and mortality rate was 6.7%. Control group,15 cases of grade 0 cases of ADL Ⅰ,Ⅱ grade 3,Ⅲ 4 cases,Ⅳ 4 cases,Ⅴ level 1 cases and 3 deaths. 10 cases were improved(ADL Ⅰ - Ⅱ grade). The improvement rate was 46.7%,and the mortality rate was 20.0%.[Conclusion]Minimally invasive surgery can remove intracerebral hematoma, with less trauma and good prognosis. At the same time the situation according to the patients to take an active individualized treatment can reduce mortality and disability.
