Minimally Invasive Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the methods and efficacy of minimally invasive surgery treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 105 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results 19 cases died after operation,the following-up for 6 months showed that according to ADL classification,gradeⅠwas 13 cases,gradeⅡwas 22 cases,grade Ⅲ was 26 cases,grade Ⅳ was 19 cases,grade Ⅴ was 6 cases.Conclusion Choosing right operating methods as well as operating opportunity is very important to improve the survival quality of patients and to decrease the disability rate and the death rate.
