Application of quality nursing service system in gynecologic oncology nursing management

Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service system in gynecological tumor nursing management. Methods 118 patients who received gynecological tumor care at our hospital from February, 2013 to February, 2016 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, 59 for each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group high-quality nursing service and routine nursing care. The nursing quality, incidence of adverse reactions, and satisfaction to hospital nursing were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score, the basic nursing score, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the nursing satisfaction were (98.42±0.69), (98.83±0.47) , 6.8%, and 96.6% in the observation group, and were (92.46±1.73) , (95.32±0.26) , 23.7%, and 86.4% in the control group. The nursing quality, the probability of adverse reactions and the nursing satisfaction were better in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). Conclusion It is an ideal nursing measure for gynecological tumor patients to take high-quality nursing service on the basis of routine nursing, which can significantly improve the nursing quality and the patients’ satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, , and achieve better nursing effect, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
