Application of high-quality nursing in the gynecological nursing

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high -quality nursing in the gynecological nursing.Methods Totaled of 210 patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into two groups with half of amount cases in each group.The observation group adopted high -quality nursing and the control group adopted the routine nursing .Two groups were compared in psychological status , quality of life and nursing satisfaction .Results Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group , and the scores of SAS , SDS and quality of life after nursing were better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Con-clusions High-quality nursing for the patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce medical disputes.
