Application of humanistic nursing management in clinical nursing work

Abstract
Objective
To explore the application of humanistic nursing management in clinical nursing work.
Methods
A total of 2 480 cases of clinical nursing of patients with reception in our hospital from 2012~2013. According to the principle of voluntary,patients were divided into observation group(n=1 250)and control group(n=1 230). Patients in the control group received routine nursing management, while in the observation group received the humanistic nursing management. Patients risk events and nursing dispute of two groups were compared and the quality of nursing and satisfaction were evaluated.
Results
The incidence in the risk event, nursing disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Nursing quality and patient satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Humanization nursing management can effectively reduce the risk of accidents, improve the quality of nursing and improve the nurse patient relationship, which is worth the clinical promotion and application.
