Abstract
目的 探讨鼻内窥镜手术代替传统柯-陆手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病的疗效.方法总结分析我科近5年来采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗21例非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病患者.结果21例术后随访6～24个月,原有症状消失,未见复发.结论鼻内窥镜为治疗本病基本术式,彻底清除病灶、纠正鼻腔结构异常及恢复鼻窦纤毛功能为治疗原则。
