Clinical observation of nasal endoscopic surgery on 36 cases of paranasal sinuses mycosis

[Objective] To study the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on the paranasal sinuses mycosis. [Methods] 36 cases of paranasal sinuses mycosis were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. [Results] In the follow up of 6～60 months, all cases were cured and no one had a recurrence. [Conclusion] Nasal endoscopic surgery can decrease the damage of the operation and shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment,and can reduce the recurrence of this disease. Nasal endoscopic surgery is an ideal way of the treatment of mycosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.
