Clinically Characteristic Analysis of 32 with Treatment of the Paranasal Sinuses Mycosis with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on the paranasal sinuses mycosis.Method: 32 cases of paranasal sinuses mycosis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.Result: In the follow up of 6～36 months,all cases were cured and none has a recurrence.Conclusion: Endoscopic sinus surgery can decrease the damage of the operation and shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment,and reduce the recurrence of this disease.Endoscopic sinus surgery is an ideal way of the treatment of mycosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.
