Abstract
The present-day teaching model of laboratory diagnostics cannot keep up with the rapid development of laboratory techniques. How to change the disparity and meet the requirement of medical development deserves discussing. The current status of laboratory diagnostics teaching were analyzed including objectives of teaching, teaching syllabus, teaching facilities, teaching funds, teaching faculty. Such measures as changing teaching idea, reforming teaching method, enriching teaching contents, improving teachers quality have been proved effective.
