The study on the problems and countermeasures about teachers’ teaching quality evaluation

Abstract

The evaluation of teaching quality is an important means to test and guarantee the teaching quality, which is widely used in university, but disputed. This paper analyzes the problems’ causes of students’ evaluation of teaching quality and discusses the countermeasures, taking the result of teacher’s teaching quality evaluation for a university as an example, in order to provide basis and guidance for improving the teaching quality monitoring system and method in universities.
