Abstract
Evaluation of teaching quality is to use theory and techniques of education evaluation to judge whether the teaching aim is fulfilled in the course of teaching and the teaching quality requirement is accomplished.Its purpose is to promote constant improvement of teaching quality and provide certificate for the qualification of the evaluated object.Evaluation of teaching is an essential part of modern teaching management.How to carry out evaluation of teaching and how to use the evaluation system to improve teaching is a problem every university is studying and exploring.The present paper deals with the understanding of evaluation of teaching and how to improve teaching quality.【
