Abstract
Objective To study the effects of general nursing on female patients with thyroid adenoma surgery undergoing cervical plexus anaesthesia. Methods 71 cases of female patients undergoing thyroid adenoma surgery were randomly divided into control and intervention groups.Control group was received routine care, and intervention group was received integrated nursing. The patients'heart rate, blood pressure, pain rating and pain score were recorded and compared between two groups. Results The heart rate and blood pressure of all patients were increased during operation, and they were lower in intervention group than those in control group(P<0.05);the pain degree of intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.001);the pain scores of intervention group at 2 and 6 h after surgury were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.001).Conclusions Female patients with thyroid adenoma surgery undergoing cervical plexus anaesthesia are in stress;integrated numing can lighten the stress reaction. Key words: Stress; Anxiety; Thyroid adenoma; Touch; Mental nursing
