Effect study on system nursing intervention in patients with negative emotion treated by thyroid surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate influence of system nursing intervention in patients with negative emotion treated by thyroid surgery.Methods 78 patients treated by thyroid surgery who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Tongxiang City in Zhejiang Province from April 2010 to April 2012 were collected,and divided into group A and group B,each group had 39 cases.Patients in group A were given thyroid surgery routine nursing,patients in group B were given system nursing intervention measures in the above the basis of routine nursing,the mean score of negative emotion of patients with thyroid surgery were evaluated after two months.Results After one week of thyroid surgery,the mean score of anxiety [(46.73±5.65) scores] and depression [(49.35±5.44) scores] in group B were less than that in group A [(49.89±5.29) scores,(52.53±5.68) scores](P 0.05).Conclusion System nursing intervention can ameliorate anxiety and depression of patients with thyroid surgery and the prognosis of patients,.
