Abstract

Objective To explore the impacts of three different anesthetic methods on stress response and blood gas changes during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data on 150 patients who had undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital during the period of January 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.56 patients were in the group of general anesthesia,52 were in the group of epidural anesthesia,and 42 were in the group of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.Heart rate,mean arterial pressure,C-reactive protein,PETCO2,and SpO2 were observed before and after anesthesia and 10min after formation of pneumoperitoneum.Results Heart rate,mean arterial pressure,C-reactive protein,PETCO2,and SpO2 differed significantly between the group of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and the group of general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia alone (P<0.05).Conclusions Under general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia,patients develop less stress response and have less fluctuation in biochemical indicators.
