Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effectes of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in old patients by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A total of 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly,30 cases in each group.General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia was used in A group and general anesthesia was used in B group. The volume of local anesthesiology and SBP/DBP,HR,SpO2 were compared in the two groups after anesthesia and gas belly 20min,30min time respectively. Results:B group after the anesthesia and gas belly SBP/DBP,HR were increased, which continued to gas belly after 30min(P0.05),A group showed no significant difference(P0.05).Meantime there were no severe postoperative concurrent disease. There was no postoperative complications in A group and B group. Conclusion:General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery can provide more reliable and stable hemodynamics, elderly patients with general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia more safer than general anesthesia.
