Abstract

Objective To study the effect and safety of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were collected and randomly divided into the observation group given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and control group given general anesthesia. Then vital signs, operation related index and stress index were observed. Results SBP,DBP of 1,3,5 min after intubation, operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage, exhaust time, ambulation time, blood glucose level,HAMD score,HAMA score,NRS score of observation group were significantly lower than control group; SpO2 and insulin level were higher than control group. Conclusion General anesthesia with epidural anesthesia has positive clinical value for it can ensure the hemodynamic stability, promote the recovery and relieve stress.
