Effect evaluation of developing high quality nursing service in nursing field

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing field carrying out high-quality care.Methods Combined the pre-job training with stage training,ensured the nursing staff certificates,standardized management,used the same control method,then,compared patients with nursing satisfaction and errors occur frequently in hospital before and after high quality nursing service carried out.Results After carrying out highquality care,patients on the overall satisfaction of nursing field was increased from 93.00％ to 99.33％,specimen errors and transport accident rate was decreased from 1.35％ to 0.09％,0.52％ to 0.02％,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing service can promotes the development of the standard training and management of nursing field staff,improves the nurse's sense of responsibility and achievement,improves patients' satisfaction.
