Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service Concept of Outpatient Nursing Service

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in outpatient care. Methods Outpatient department of our hospital from January to February in 2014 were treated 160 patients as a clinical study, patients were given high quality nursing service. Making a questionnaire to survey the satisfaction of patients with nursing, and to compare with the implementation of high quality nursing before. Results Given the high quality nursing service, nursing satisfaction of patients were significantly higher than before the implementation of high, compared with statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion The quality of nursing service concept and has good application value in the clinic nursing work, can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
