Abstract

目的 探讨携带急性髓细胞白血病1/8 21(acute myeloid leukemia 1/eight twenty-one,AML1/ETO)融合基因的儿童急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的形态学特点.方法对46例经多重逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测AML1/ETO融合基因阳性的儿童AML骨髓片用瑞特染液或与姬姆萨染液一起染色后,按照国内AML分型标准进行观察分析,同时,对免疫分型及细胞化学染色结果也进行了回顾分析.结果 46例AML1/ETO融合基因阳性患儿中M2a、M2b、M4EO、M4、M5b分别占67.2%、19.6%、2.2%、6.6%、4.4%,其中M2b的构成比显著低于文献报道.免疫分型、细胞化学结果均支持形态学分型.结论儿童AML患者AML1/ETO融合基因阳性不能提示形态学是否可诊断为M2b;AML1/ETO融合基因对儿童M2b没有成人特异.
