The effect of nursing intervention on the mode of maternal delivery and postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the mode of maternal delivery and postpartum hemor -rhage.Methods From 2012 February to 2013 October 100 cases of pregnant women were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group .The control group was received routine nursing , the observation group was received nursing intervention based on routine nursing , the mode of delivery , postpartum hemorrhage of two groups were analyzed statisti-cally.Results In the observation group , maternal natural birth rate 78%was higher than that in the control group 48%, cesarean section and vaginal operation rate of 10%, 12%were lower than those in the control group 30%, 22% （ P〈0.05 ）;the first stage of labor time , the second stage of labor time , the third stage of labor time and total stage of labor time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group .Amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery were fewer in the observation group than that in the control group .Conclu-sions Nursing intervention could increase cesarean section and vaginal operation rate , and decrease the amount of bleeding .
