Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Primiparas Anxiety and Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on primiparas anxiety and postpartum hemorrhage. Method: From 2012 January to 2013 February in our hospital 122 cases of primipara as the object of study. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 61 cases).The control group delivery of routine nursing; the observation group in the control group based on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,compared 2 groups of maternal anxiety,postpartum hemorrhage rate and 24 hours changes of postpartum bleeding. Result: Compared to control group,the observation group of women with SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those in the control group; rate of4.9% groups of maternal bleeding,control group of maternal hemorrhage rate was significant difference between 18.0%. 2 group; the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on primiparas can obviously improve the anxiety,reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,worthy of clinical application.
