Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on delivery mode and the effect on preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 60 cases, the observation group was given nursing intervention in this research, the control group was only given admission education, observation of birth process and auxiliary childbirth, then delivery and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were compared in the two groups. Results Delivery ratio of the observation group was higher than control group, the total amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than control group, the proportion of postpartum hemorrhage was less than control group. Conclusion Psychological nursing and postpartum uterine massage can improve maternal birth confidence and reduce postpartum hemorrhage, so it is an effective method to elevate the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage.
