Abstract

目的 观察老年冠心病患者(CHD组)血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及应用不同剂量阿司匹林治疗后其血清CRP水平的变化.方法将90例老年冠心病患者随机分为阿司匹林100 mg/d组(CHD1组)、150 mg/d组(CHD2组)、200 mg/d(CHD3组),另设正常对照组(对照组),每组均为30例.测定对照组及90例冠心病患者应用阿司匹林治疗前和治疗后12周时的血清CRP水平.结果 CHD组的CRP水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),CHD2组、CHD3组经阿司匹林治疗后血清CRP水平较CHD1组明显降低(P<0.05).结论老年冠心病患者血清CRP水平升高,阿司匹林干预治疗可降低冠心病患者血清CRP水平,提示冠心病的发生发展过程与炎症有关,而阿司匹林可呈剂量相关地通过抗炎作用抑制其进展,效应以150 mg以上为佳。
