Determination of hyperoside in Zhidai tablet by HPLC

Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hyperoside in Zhidai tablet.Method The HPLC system used the Phenomenex LUNA-C18 (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm)column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (10)-0.1％ H3PO4 (90),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was set at 30℃,the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.Results The linear response range was 1.2～24.0 μg/mL(r=0.9998).The average recovery of mangiferin was 98.4％,and RSD was 0.93％.Conclusions The method is simple,rapid,accurate and repeatable.It can be applied in the determination of hyperoside in Zhidai tablet.
