Abstract
Aim To develop a method for determining the contents of hyperoside in yixintong pills.Methods The analytical column was a Kromsil C_(18)(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm).The mobile phase consisted of 0.5% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(adjusting pH to 3.0 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile-methanol-tetrahydrofuran(76∶1∶1∶22).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1)and the column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelengths of hyperoside was at 359 nm.Results The calibration curves of hyperoside was in good linearity over the ranges of 10.41~52.05 mg·L~(-1),and the average recovery was 99.65%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the drug control.
